We have lived the ebb 

Since the spring began, and now 

We long for the flow 

 

Ebb and flow and ebb 

Nature’s eternal rhythm 

Flow and ebb and flow 

 

This foggy morning

The breeze ripples the puddles

My words ebb and flow
