    1. I remember how hard it was for my maternal grandmother. My mother was fine even in her 80s.

  4. Clever senryu! I am getting to an age where if I overdo it in exercising I'm paying for it with interest several days later. Heck a bad night's sleep has me zonked for a few extra nights too.

    1. My every night has a bad sleep! Maybe when insurance finishes thinking about it, my CPAP will help. It did on my overnight study, even though I was SURE it wouldn't! Actually, I think it's the animals that disturb me for than anything, and, yes, it takes a few days to make up for disturbed sleep.

    1. I hate being cold... No arthritis, but I just hate feeling cold. Of course, I have to remind myself it isn't REAL cold here in Southern Oregon! You are cold (I forget where you are now, but not Portland) and my son in Rhode Island is cold. I am not cold!
