P - Pairs

PAIRS

If I were you,
And you were I,
Would we still be a pair?
I fear we’d not be able
To wear each other’s hair.

You’d be I,
and I’d be you,
how very avant-garde.
Although our friends would be confused,
And treat with disregard.

A pair we are,
A pair we’ll stay,
No matter which is which.
Who’d be you?  And what of I,
if we ever switch?

What a fun little poem! DH and I are a pair forever we'll stay but you won't get me switch hair with him since he doesn't have much on top. lol Happy a2zing!

    1. It is just a silly rhyme today!

    1. Yeah, sometimes nothing terribly poetic comes to me and I have to go with fun. Tomorrow is even sillier.
But, don't worry, one of my favorites is R, and it's not fun.
