One of my favourite ways to see the moon! (But then, all the ways to see the moon are good.)
ReplyDeleteI had never thought of photo tanka (first cousin to haiga); what a great idea!
The tanka was pure accident! I had too many 7 syllable lines!
DeleteI agree with Rosemary the way you see the moon through branches and clouds makes it so much better.
ReplyDeletenice!!! love staying up to watch the moon play hide and seek through the branches. Through the clouds, up so high.
ReplyDeletePhoto and words, both lovely.
ReplyDeleteSo true, the moon's glow peeking mid branches and clouds is evermore mysterious.
ReplyDeleteLisa, I love reading and composing tanka!!! This is a beautiful tanka, the bridge line perfectly connecting. Cheers to you.
ReplyDeleteThank you for saying that about the bridge, sometimes it's easy to forget that line is supposed to do that!
DeleteFun to watch the moon hide-and-seeking in summer.
ReplyDeletePK
